Patients

For new patients:

We see children in consultation. Please have your family doctor, nurse practitioner or any walk-in clinic fax us a referral at 587-387-7060. Take note that our clinic does not provide primary care.

We triage all referrals received.

  • Medical Referrals
    • Our booking clerk will contact the family directly to book an appointment based on the urgency of the referral.
    • Current wait time
      • Urgent referrals – Less than a month
      • Routine referrals – 4 to 12 weeks
  • Developmental/Behavioral Referrals
    • Questionnaires are required before we can proceed with a referral.
    • We will first contact the family to arrange completion of the school questionnaire.
    • A unique questionnaire link will be sent to the family with instructions to forward it to the child’s teacher.
    • The questionnaire link can only be used once. Once the teacher submits the completed questionnaire, the link will become inactive.
    • Our office will be automatically notified when the school questionnaire has been completed.
    • After the school questionnaire is received, we will send the parent questionnaire directly to the family.
    • Both the school and parent questionnaires must be completed within 30 days of being sent.
    • Once both questionnaires have been completed and received, the referral will be added to our waitlist.
    • Our current wait time is approximately 9–12 months from the date both questionnaires are completed.
    • Current wait time – 9-12 months after completion of questionnaires*

*As of June 2026
